Yes, you may have heard, water is good for you. No, it’s GREAT for you and is the foundation that your body is built on, so drink up, please!
Sounds too simple, I know, but to keep our organs functioning, toxins moving out, blood pressure and cholesterol down, skin soft, hydrated, and youthful, bloating at bay (which sounds counterintuitive), and literally keep you alive, your body craves adequate hydration!
Drink a whole glass straight away first thing in the morning to get the party started and get things moving!
Adding lemon, cucumber slices, or mint leaves for the spa-like experience can really jazz it up! Unlike wine, we can’t live more than a few days without water, or maybe just like wine?
