Our Health is in our Hands!


Eating more plant foods is the most delicious and easy way to feel better...

I inherited a lifelong passion for cooking from my grandmother and later in life, discovered an even greater passion to cook solely plant-based from a wake-up call!

Rather than accept my doctor’s offer of pills and prescriptions for a myriad of health concerns after decades of indulging in "low-carbing" and the standard American diet (SAD), I began to devour the plentiful information that our health is truly in our hands and on our plates, by adopting a low-fat, whole food plant-based diet. Our genes are not our destiny, but what is at the end of our forks, that has greatest impact on long-term health.

After losing fifty pounds and gaining health, I became a Certified Holistic Nutritionist through the Association for Fitness Professionals and Associates (AFPA) and earned my Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies at eCornell, launching my journey to inspire and encourage others to embrace the thrill of achieving vibrant health by enjoying colorful, delicious meals from the earth.

As a plant-based food educator, Licensed Food For Life Instructor and the founder of Wild Plant Kitchen, my mission is to help you to feel amazing, improve your health destiny and life a wildly plant-filled vibrant and delicious life!
